Fifty-Five, Unemployed And Faking Normal
Your Guide to a Better Retirement Life
The title resonates with many of us even though the situation may not be our experience. We recognize how close many of us are even at this moment when things seem all right because we know they could change. Elizabeth Diane White’s book Fifty-Five, Unemployed and Faking Normal offers real stories and online resources to help us address our illusive retirement situation.
Ms. White earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Masters in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and a BS in Political Science from Oberlin College. A self-described “army brat,” she grew up in various countries in Europe and North Africa and she was faking normal by age 55.
Elizabeth White has agreed to join us in a book discussion March 16 at 7:30 EST. If you are interested in chatting with her in an online environment, the Sign-Up link for the Zoom book discussion follows. You must first download zoom before the meeting in order for the meeting link to work. Please do not wait until the meeting time to download zoom to your computer at zoom.us.
